SEND Big Splash
SEND Big Splash sessions take place on a Monday at 3pm during the school holidays, Big Splash is a fantastic session with a variety of pools, slides and features. Book online to guarantee your slot. Please make sure you have booked in any additional carers
Admissions Policy:
- Children aged 4 years to 7 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 years+), with a maximum of two children to one adult.
- Children under 4 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 years+) on a one child to one adult basis, or one adult to two children if both children are wearing suitable floatation aids.
- Any swimmer who is above 8 years old, who is a weak/non-swimmer and is unsupervised must remain in water depth where they can stand whilst their head remains out of the water.
Feature Rules:
- Wild Waters/Outdoor when the features are on, no non-swimmers are permitted outside, this includes those wearing floatation aids.
- The Falls swimmers must be 1.2mtrs tall.
- Volcano Water Features we recommend swimmers are 8 and over, and must be 1.0mtrs tall, no floatation aids. Able to swim to steps on exit.

The session is 90 minutes long from the session start time
Refund and transfer policy:
Tickets are non-refundable
Transfer only - If you wish to transfer your booking you will need to contact us at least 24 hours notice before the booking starts.
