SEND Skating

This session is designated for adults or children with special educational needs and disabilities and their parents/carers.

This activity requires you to complete a waiver before taking part. Once you complete your sale the waiver will be sent via email.

Skate hire is included in all prices.  Skate sizes range from childrens size 7 to adult size 14

Skating aids are availble to purchase for younger one. If they are under 1.2m you will need to buy a penguin. If they are over 1.2m you will need to buy a snowman. These are £6.50 each. 

Spectators - Don't fancy going on the ice? Don't worry you can stay on the sidelines and watch. Better still you can grab a coffee whilst doing so, our spectator tickets are £3.00 and include a hot drink from our ice cafe. 

Admissions Policy:
Under 7's must be accompanied by an adult.
No admission without a completed waiver.
Failure to complete before arrival may delay your entry to the session.

Refund and transfer policy:
Refund - If you wish to refund your booking you will need to contact us atleast 48 hours before the booking starts.
Transfer - If you wish to transfer your booking you will need to contact us atleast 24 hours notice before the booking starts. 
Please be advised if you contact us on the day we can't process any action on your tickets.

Wheelchair user - Adult (Includes handler/carer)

All Wheelchair users must be Hand Pushed around the Top Rink Only
All Wheelchairs Must be non-Electrical and Batteries Must be fully Disconnected
All Wheelchair Handlers Must be in Ice skates when on the Ice Rink
All Wheelchairs require Handles to be pushed around the top rink
All Wheelchair Handlers must be over the age of 17 
All Wheelchair Users and Handlers Must be in complete control of the Wheelchair at all times
All Wheelchair Handlers Must Remain with the wheelchair user at all times
