Big Splash
The lagoons are closed for refurbishment. All other activities remain open as normal.
Big Splash sessions take place on a Friday evening and at the weekends during term time. During the school holidays, Big Splash sessions run every day.

Admissions Policy:
Please familiarise yourself with our swimming supervision policy before entering the pool.
Children between the ages of 4-7 must be accompanied by a swimming adult on a maximum of 2 children to 1 adult.
Children under 4 must be accompanied by a swimming adult on a one adult to one child basis.
Feature Rules:
Non swimmers are allowed out into the outdoor pool with arm bands.
Most slides have a height restriciton of 1.2m and the swimmer can't wear arm bands if they are going on the slide, the family slide an adult can go on with a child in arm bands.
About the session:
The session is 90 minutes long from the session start time
Locker tokens are available to buy at site for £1.
Refund and transfer policy:
Refund - If you wish to refund your booking you will need to contact us at least 48 hours before the booking starts
Transfer - If you wish to transfer your booking you will need to contact us atleast 24 hours notice before the booking starts.
Please be advised if you contact us on the day we can't process any action on your tickets.
