Big Splash
- The Volcano water features (Body Racer and Aquatube flumes)
- Water depth upon exiting these features is 1.0m deep.
- The minimum recommended age to ride these features is 8 years old.
- All swimmers must be 1.0m tall and be in good health.
- Upon exiting the flume, swimmers must be capable of swimming to the steps.

The use of swim vests/flotation vests is not permitted on the Volcano flumes.

Swimmers wearing arm bands must ride at the same time as their responsible adult who rides in the adjacent volcano flume.
- This is a fast slide.
- The depth of water in the catchment tank is up to 0.5m.
- All swimmers must be 1.2m tall and be in good health.
- Swimmers wearing arm bands must ride at the same time as their responsible adult who rides in the adjacent flume.
- Water depth at the deepest part is 1.5m.
- This area contains underwater jets creating fast flowing water.

Non-swimmers are allowed in Wild Waters when water jets are working AND when accompanied on a one-to-one basis by a responsible adult (aged 16 years+). Arm bands are also permitted as long as the child is 1-1 with an adult.
- A weak or non-swimmer is defined as any child who does not meet the criteria of the ASA/ISRM Pool Swimming Standard Award.
- Weak or non-swimmers are restricted to the designated non-swimmer areas of the pools, which are the small pool and the shallow end of the main pool.
- Anyone with known medical conditions or accompanying anyone with medical conditions that may affect their safety should inform the lifeguard on duty.
- Customers with epilepsy must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 and over) on a one-to-one basis. They should inform the lifeguard on duty.
- Big Splash sessions are non redundable.
- If you inform us 24 hours or more before the session is due to commence you will be eligible to transfer to another session, subject to availability.
