Big Skate

Keep cool and cut the ice at the Ice Caps. Ice skating has never been more safe and fun for the family. The ice caps if the first and only split-level ice rink in the UK offering families a unique skating experience. 

This activity requires you to complete a waiver before taking part. Once you complete your sale the waiver will be sent via email.

Skate hire is included in all prices. 

Skating aids are availble to purchase for younger one. If they are under 1.2m you will need to buy a penguin. If they are over 1.2m you will need to buy a snowman. These are £6 each. 

Spectators - Don't fancy going on the ice? Don't worry you can stay on the sidelines and watch. Better still you can grab a coffee whilst doing so, our spectator tickets are £3.00 and include a hot drink from our ice cafe. 

Admissions Policy:
Under 7's must be accompanied by an adult.
No admission without a completed waiver.
Failure to complete before arrival may delay your entry to the session.

Refund and transfer policy:
Refund - If you wish to refund your booking you will need to contact us atleast 48 hours before the booking starts.
Transfer - If you wish to transfer your booking you will need to contact us atleast 24 hours notice before the booking starts. 
Please be advised if you contact us on the day we can't process any action on your tickets.
