Climbing Wall

WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE
FOR EACH PARTICIPANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 
 
The instructor-led activity is 30 minutes long with a compulsory briefing at the start of the session. Participants will receive a minimum of two climbs of the 14M climbing wall during the session.
 
Online Admission - £11.00 per person
Standard Admission - £13.00 per person
 
Sessions are 30 minutes long.

Admissions policy and requirements:
All participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 +. Any participants aged 12+ can attend without an adult. 
 
Rules and information for the activity:
1.All participants must complete waivers before arriving for your booking. Under 18 waivers must be completed by an adult. Admission will not be granted without a completed waiver for each person.
2.Users must obey the safety briefing.
3. You must be within the admissions policy. 
4. You must arrive 20 minutes before your session starts to go over the safety briefing, this is mandatory for everyone partaking in the activity. 
5. Participants failing to follow rules will be asked to leave the activity for the safety of others, no refunds will be given.

Refunds and Transfer Policy:
All bookings for Hatfield activities are non-refundable. 
We require 72 hours' notice before your booking starts to transfer a booking. No amendments or refunds can be actioned on the activity date.
